AFS Military Hiring Fair
All prior and current Armed Forces Service Members and their spouses are welcome to participate in this two day event. Over 50 top companies with job openings specifically targeting military, military spouse and veteran job seekers will be in attendance. Our Hiring Fairs have produced an over 20% hire rate to date. Coaching and preparation programs will be offered in advance of the Hiring Fair day.

April 16th: AUSA North Texas Sporting Clay Shooting Classic
The Association of United States Army (AUSA) – North Texas chapter is having its annual Sporting Clay Shooting Classic on April 16, 2015 (Thursday). The event will be held at Elm Fork Shooting range. We want to invite you and your friends to participate in this event.
The Army Marksmanship Team will be participating that morning in a static display of their Olympic shooting equipment and will be discussing sporting clay shooting techniques.
We have the current Miss Texas – Monique Evans participating with us. Each shooter will receive lunch, all ammunition, and gift bags. Silent and live auction items of multiday hunting trips and sporting memorabilia will be available. See our website for details on times and locations. All proceeds from the event go to the Chapter’s 501 C 3 non-profit education program that teaches Leadership to the ROTC cadets in our area.
