NDIA January 19 Event With Rob Rosenberger

On Tuesday, January 19th!
**Membership is not required to attend this event***

Winning Contracts in the “New Normal”—Business as Usual Is Dead

With Rob Rosenberger, CEO/Co-Founder of Blackdragon

Speaker Bio:
BIO_Rosenberger_Robert_Jan_19

Abstract:
Winning Contracts in the “New Normal”—Business as Usual Is Dead
Winning federal contracts has been exponentially more challenging for a long time. The combined effects of advancing technology with the rise of the Gig Economy and disruption of COVID-19 have only amplified those challenges and there is no turning back. Clinging to outdated ‘industry best practices’ (repeated internal processes applied to every target opportunity in the pursuit of maximum efficiency) and relying on ‘rain makers’ is no longer a competitive recipe for winning contracts in the new normal. Today’s successful contract winners are bidding smarter, more cost effectively and in greater scale than ever before. The key to winning is to do something that no one else has done in such a way that is more inventive, lower risk with more volume and better return on investment.

Join us on January 19, 2020 when Rob Rosenberger (Founder and CEO of Blackdragon) offers a fresh perspective on how the federal contracting industry is reinventing the way target contracts are identified, analyzed, pursued and won. This message is especially relevant to bidder firms facing low win rates, capture & proposal bandwidth limitations, and talent mismatches of overhead personnel responsible for helping you win.

October 6: Lockheed Martin and Bell “Great Power Competition” Hosted by NDIA in DFW

*** Zoom and in-person options available for attendance. Ticket Details below ***

*** 2 Panels for 1 Ticket***

Summary:

The Industry has shifted in recent years and is now fully in Great Power Competition with China. This is different than anything we’ve seen before. It has similarities to the Cold War, but the Russians did not have thousands of their people attending our Universities, working at our companies, and we didn’t have factories and a significant amount of business interest overseas. Exactly how this time is different is the question we’ll be taking on in “Great Power Competition.”

NDIA champions, builds and convenes the forums that tackle the industry’s most challenging issues. The Lone Star Chapter has been right in the middle of having the most relevant speakers of our time.
